服气 Positive: 员工很好 Negative: 床单被套上面都是起球的衣服掉的球球，还有黄色点，我真服了，怀疑没换，让前台小哥帮忙换了一套新的才干净。花洒头也是坏的，上下一起出水！叫来小哥维修告知修不好，我说那换个房间，结果也没房间可换，床垫一睡就坍塌😅……难以置信这是新开罗的酒店。
