Positive: The best experience ever Staff are so kind and helpful Place is super clean and just like the pictures Gonna be my number one place to stay in cairo 10/10 everything is so perfect

للامانه شركة ممتازه من ناحية الاسعار والخدمه والموقع بس موظف زي هذا يغير نظرت الكثير من النزلاء الى شركات أخرى Positive: الموقع ممتاز جداً و الأستاذ فريد Negative: وعندي مشكلة حصلت في وقت تسجيل الدخول مع الريسبشن جورج وإسلام واعطاني وعد ب تغيير الوحدة السكنية بعد يومين و حصل خلاف ذالك وانا عميل انزل في هذا السكن للمرة الخامسة الإشكال ليه يوعدني من البداية قبل استلام الوحدة السكنية وعندي خيارات عن طريق بوكينق تغيير وإلغاء ويخليني استلم وأسكن وبعدها يتغير موقفه وكلامه ؟؟
